GLO SPOT 4000

Description:
GLO SPOT 4000 manufactured by Global Drilling Fluids and Chemical Limited is an Environmentally Friendly highly effective stuck Pipe spotting fluid for oil and Water Based mud’s. It is a dry, powdered mixture of particulate asphalt, fatty acids, dispersants. It is a special blend of surface active agent, emulsifier, wetting agent and wall cake cracking material for making up complete oil based spotting system.The function is to Reduce the Deferential Sticking.

 

Application:
GLO SPOT 4000 manufactured by Global Drilling Fluids and Chemical Limited is used to free stuck pipe which has down hole problem frequently encountered in drilling operations.

Usage:
GLO SPOT 4000 manufactured by Global Drilling Fluids and Chemical Limited is soluble in both water and Mineral Oils .It may be diluted to the Required Levels by the additions of Ester or water or Diesel or Base oil to about 30-55 lb/bbl to prepare a concentrate. Subsequently it is mixed in a concentration of about 3-10% in the drilling fluid to reduce the Deferential Sticking. It may also be weighted to the desired Level by the addition of Barites or hematite .

In some cases it may be added directly to the drilling fluid to improve lubricity and reduce stuck pipe problems.

Packaging:
GLO SPOT 4000 manufactured by Global Drilling Fluids and Chemical Limited is packed in 25kg or 50 Lbs (22.68 Kg) sacks. Private Labeling and customized packaging is also available on request.
